Notas de Prova: Cor rubi praticamente opaca e nariz muito especiado e vegetal, com delicados aromas de fruta negra e um leve toque balsâmico a conferirem uma bela complexidade ao conjunto, na boca revela um corpo cheio e um volume imenso, com um paladar a denotar um perfil mais vegetal e especiado, sugerindo ainda delicadas notas de café e fruta madura, termina de uma forma prolongada e muito persistente.

The 2010 Gold Label Shiraz was sourced from the Barossa, a region famous for producing complex Shiraz with concentrated flavours. Soft, rich and elegant, this is a medium to full bodied wine displaying intense, fragrant aromas of blueberries, blackberries and dark plums. A plush, round palate, of vibrant berries and plums is balanced with subtle oak, fine acidity and long, silky tannins. After completing fermentation, the wine was matured for 18 months in seasoned and new French oak barrels. This wine will continue to develop further complexity with careful cellaring.
