Notas de Prova: Cor amarela pálida e nariz delicadamente preenchido por notas vegetais, alguns citrinos e aromas fruta tropical madura e ainda um leve toque floral e abaunilhado, na boca é um vinho fresco, com uma acidez agradável e um paladar dominado por sensações frutadas e cítricas, apoiadas em subtis notas tostadas, o final de boca tem um comprimento e persistência médias.

During the construction of the winery, fossilized bones of one of the largest dinosaurs that roamed the earth 75 million years were discovered, inspiring the brand Saurus. The personality, style and elegance of our wines are the expressions of a unique of dry sunny days, cool nights and frequent winds. Saurus Patagonia Select Sauvignon Blanc has a pale straw yelow color, in the nose it is complex, with a combination of citric fruits, pink grapefruit, white peach and a subtile touch of grass and oak. In the mouth it is fruity and fresh, with good acidity and balance.
